about me
I am an artist-turned curator, creative director, and cultural producer based in Berlin, with a background in sculpture and performance (BFA, MFA). Drawing on a Socratic model of inquiry, my practice emphasizes dialogue, critical exchange, and the creation of frameworks that support artistic production and presentation. I focus on building platforms and infrastructures that not only facilitate the making of work but also foster the kinds of conversations through which ideas and practices evolve.
In 2016, I founded Exgirlfriend, an independent gallery that has produced more than 30 exhibitions and collaborated with over 200 international artists. The gallery developed a reputation for experimental programming and for supporting emerging practices across disciplines. Building on this experience, I established Human Esthetic Resources (HER), a 1,000 m² cultural hub that combined artist studios, shared resources, and event space. HER functioned as both a site of production and a public venue, designed to sustain a diverse and active community.
Beyond these initiatives, I have held leadership roles that extend into collective practice and media production. As Co-Director at GOALGIRLS*, I contributed to shaping organizational culture and developing socially engaged campaigns. I now serve as Creative Director at Soft Launch, where I direct film, photography, and digital projects for clients including Art Basel, UBS, and Art Week Tokyo.
Across these roles, I am committed to building sustainable cultural infrastructures and producing interdisciplinary projects that connect artistic practice with publishing, media, and collaborative production.
